I just wanted to thank you for the excellent customer service that you gave me last week regarding my order for a pair of Barr & Stroud 8x42 binoculars. You were very accommodating with my requests for a possible change to the 10x42 and gave me some excellent advice in respect of which pair of binoculars would be most suitable. I received the binoculars on Thursday, as per the original delivery schedule and am very pleased with them. My Father is very impressed too and may now buy a pair for himself, so another order may be on the way soon! Again, many thanks for your kind assistance.
