Motorise your Dome shutter – automated shutters avoid manual operation in the dark, and is a vital step towards full remote operation of your observatory. Designed for the Pulsar 2.7 metre dome and 2.2 metre dome. Specification: The shutter controller requires 12V DC power (at a current suitable for the motor employed) to operate the shutter motor. Power to the unit is controlled via the three-position switch with the central position being off. The dome shutter is controlled by moving the three-position switch to the open or close positions. To stop the shutter operation at any time, move the three-position switch to the off position.
