Tuesday evening:- Had the idea that a spotting scope would be an ideal
present for my father-in-law's 83rd
Wednesday morning - phoned Scopes'nSkies for advice and placed an
order
Thursday moning - scope, bird book and tripod was delived.

Just signed for my eyepiece from the postman today,the eyepiece fits my telescope and i am pleased with the quality.But what i am really pleased about is your delivery service i only ordered it yesterday morning and it arrived this afternoon truly superb i have never had service this good before a very big well done and thank you so much. Just a quick note to thank you for prompt service, ordered 2200hrs. Monday,delivered Wednesday AM.Being new to spotting scoping bought a low price scope and tripod set,to get started,certainly low price but not - cheap -, impressed with both the quality and the adjustment on tripod

Just to let you know how delighted I am with the above order (Jupiter 20 X 80 Giant Observation Binocular).
I ordered the binoculars on Sunday evening and to have them delivered first thing Tuesday morning was a pleasant surprise. I have tried the binoculars out and in daylight they seem to meet all expectations - now I have to wait for the grey Scottish skies to clear....

I would just like to say a big THANK YOU for the swiftness in getting the telescope to me it only took a matter of 2 or 3 days although I must confess I was thinking it would take a lot longer.
I ordered this telescope in November for my grand daughter’s birthday present but decided to give it to her for Christmas instead. After setting it up in the back garden we found it remarkable being able to see the craters on the moon so clearly. My daughter and grand daughter keep me posted as to what they see when the skies are clear enough.

First of all I'd like to confirm receipt of the binoculars -
unfortunately as it was getting dark when my partner got
around to opening them he was unable to test them but I trust that
they will be fine for him.
Secondly I'd also like to send a thank you to you for the quick
response to my order. I just wish that I'd done a bit of
home work prior to originally placing an order with Jessops at the
begining of December for a pair of binoculars which did not turn up and
I eventually cancelled the order due to terrible customer service
received from their help desk staff. Had I done so I might of found you
sooner and saved myself a huge headache as well as my partner having
his binoculars under the tree. As it is he's a bloke and was not too
bothered about not having the present under the tree or it having
pretty paper and a bow - he's just pleased that he now has a far
superior pair of bins than the original order.
Once again thank you very much - you are firmly in my favourites I
would gladly offer a testimonial for your company should you need it.
