This extended warranty is available on all products from the following brands: Sky Watcher, TAL, Helios, Acuter, Zenith and Barr & Stroud.

Our extended warranty scheme couldn't be simpler: just buy the extended warranty that covers the value of your product, to get the peace of mind knowing your product warranty is extended from 12 months to 24.

It's an easy to understand warranty with no small-print restrictions:

What's covered? Everything normally covered by the manufacturer's warranty, only for 24 months rather than 12.

What's not covered? The extended warranty does not provide cover for accidental damage or failure due to neglect or misuse - in the same way the manufacturer's warranty doesn't provide cover in these circumstances either.

Product values and brands can be combined: for example, if a Sky Watcher telescope costing �49 is bought together with an Acuter binocular costing �129, both are covered by selecting the up to �200 extended warranty option.

Terms and conditions:

This warranty does not provide coverage for accidental damage or product failure due to negligence or misuse. The warranty is a 12-month extension of the terms of the manufacturer's warranty. The extended warranty covers all costs of parts and labour related to repair or replacement of the warrantied product, but does not cover the costs of transport to our service workshop or return of the item to the customer.

If you purchase the additional warranty or receive it as a free gift as part of one of our bundles, your product will be repaired or replaced with new or refurbished product at our discretion.

All parts and labour related to the repair only are included. The repair or replacement is carried out at our service centre and it is the responsibility of the warranty holder to present the faulty product to our service facility, and either pay return delivery costs or arrange for its collection on completion of the repair/replacement.

The extended 2-year warranty scheme is restricted to eligible products purchased from Scopes'n'Skies or Pulsar Optical with a minimum of 3 months remaining on the manufacturer's warranty.
